raindrops on daffodils

not far from where I live is a small roundabout surrounded by houses.  On the little island in the middle of the roundabout is a lovely tree that I often photograph as the seasons go by.  Now that it is spring, the grass beneath the tree on roundabout is covered with daffodils. It looks stunning, so I stopped off today on my way back from the village to take a few snaps.  I particularly loved this one.

Spring has arrived and that means that armed with my camera I will be traipsing round London taking thousands of photos 🙂 Can’t resist all the gorgeous flowers and colours.  I was walking back from the village this morning and noticed these exceptionaly pretty pink flowers.

I have no idea what they are and this is the first time I have seen them…..what luck. Hope you like them too! 🙂
